Elias Ziogas
Chief Executive Officer
Elias is the Chief Executive Officer of Pepper Greece and his responsibilities amongst others include overseeing all operations and business activities in Greece. He has more than 35 years of experience in the Greek real estate market.
Previously, Elias was a partner at NAI Hellas/AVENT S.A. (member of NAI Global) which was established in 2012 and was responsible for business development, strategic planning, and project management of bespoke projects.
Prior to NAI Hellas, he was a founding member in 1979 of the Body of Sworn-in Valuers in Greece, as well as a founding member of TEGoVA. Earlier than 1979, he worked for the American Standard Testing Bureau, the New York Life Insurance in New York, and the Springfield Maritime.
Elias holds a Bachelor in Science from New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from New York University. He is a Certified Valuer from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Business Valuation, a recognized European Valuer by TEGoVA (REV Scheme), and a Certified Valuer by PeopleCert.
